Created, pitched, and produced new livestream broadcast show, “LPL Live,” as a key component of LPL’s largest conference, Focus. Built a distributed team of segment producers, selected and coached hosts, oversaw development of content and graphics, managed show flow, solicited and built commercials, edited scripts, scheduled and led prep calls and rehearsals with LPL leadership talent, oversaw live production on-site as well as livestream, and repurposed content for post-conference campaigns
Translated “LPL Live” event broadcast show to a remote-produced livestream show for more timely updates leveraging Zoom and Open Broadcast Software. Set show schedule, led content and graphic development, wrote and edited scripts, coordinated production logistics, scheduled and led prep calls and recording, led promotion of event and oversaw livestream of show with partner team
Built process for content series strategy that translates business goals into content stories and map those into series to communicate content priorities to the audiences
