Columbus & Over Group (COG) is a niche luxury real-estate firm in Boston, MA, specializing in the South End and Back Bay areas. COG needed help creating their external brand collateral that would showcase their high touch value. The client had gone through a couple of freelancers beforehand with mediocre results (per the client).
the approach
My main concern was elevating the look and feel of COG’s materials. If COG’s client-base was looking to invest in million+ dollar homes, than I wanted to create a visually interesting, corporate, high-end brand design for them, to use across multiple projects.
the output
My first project with COG was for a property showing. I created an event invitation and accompanying brochure (see above) for the property, which highlighted the space and gave a clean and luxurious visual tone for COG. Since, I’ve been able to assist with infographic development and design to help promote the client’s content marketing program on their website, emails and social media channels.
